MacOS9.2 Was a Lifesaver

It may well be that late founder Steve Jobs buried MacOS 9 when MacOS X was introduced, but there is one very important thing that helped me after a mistaken attempt at installing Yellow Dog Linux on an old eMac. MacOS X could not format the linux partitions…

I was certainly happy that the original disks were all there when I bought a second-hand eMac. 🙂

It is quite fun to be a nerd, though not always a happy experience when you find out just how locked you are when there is no command prompt to allow you full access to the machine.

But one happy thing: I now have six frisbees for my three kids to play with anytime. YDL is no longer an option!

Have a nice sunday everyone. 🙂
