Good Wine Is Bottled “Au Chateau”

Many people have moved on to Spanish, Australian, Californian and possibly also wines from Chile. But why not taste some of the wonderful wines of France? One of my personal favourites is the Chinon from the Loire valley area. Nice round, powerful wines. When you see “Récoltant” on top of the bottle that is a quality sign along with the information you have on the labels, of course.

Wine is fragile. Never make the mistake of buying wines that are bottled in England or taken to centrals that bottle lots of different wines. Wine needs love, and love is not a part of industrial bottling. You should remember that. More on wines in a future article. I wll write on all three types of wines: white, rosé and red wines. You will be amazed at the many things you probably didn’t know about wines from France. Stay tuned. 🙂
