Where You Want to Go – Theme of the Month

“Where you want to go” is the theme of the month of July 2010. This theme will focus on key areas:

  1. Where are you now?
  2. What is your niche?
  3. What is your experience?
  4. What is your goal?
  5. How fast do you want to get there?

This introduction will focus on these key areas to help you identify your own situation, and will try to get you thinking along these lines so you can use this in your own business model.

Where Are You Now?
Questions to ask in this process:

  1. What is your current revenue?
  2. Are you making money online now?
  3. What has worked well for you?
  4. What has worked less than perfect?
  5. What have you learned in the process?

The first week, our focus is on this first phase.

What Is Your Niche?
Questions to ask in this process:

  1. What is your line of business?
  2. What are the key words that fit your business?
  3. Can you build partnerships with others in your niche?
  4. Is your niche specialized?
  5. How have others monetized your niche?

What Is Your Experience?
Questions to ask in this process:

  1. Have you got specialized expertise in your field?
  2. How can that expertise help you identify new areas of focus?
  3. Have you got new ideas for your niche?
  4. Can you pass on information to avoid pitfalls in your niche?

What Is Your Goal?
Questions to ask in this process:

  1. How much do you want to earn 1 year from today?
  2. How much did you earn last year?
  3. Do the math day – how will you go from last year’s result to your goal 1 year from now?
  4. Is your goal realistic?
  5. What will be your first milestone?

How Fast Do You Want to Get There?
Questions to ask in this process:

  1. Focusing on saving unnecessary tasks – can you save more time?
  2. How much time do you have for your project – every week?
  3. Do you WANT to reach your goal?
  4. Will you make that extra effort required?
  5. Will you STAND by your project?
