I was actually reminded of this when I saw a documentary on National Geographic Channel on the subject of the Knights Templar describing the Chinon parchment. Chinon is among my favourite French wines, so I was reminded of this blog.
I will try to keep it more up to date, and apologize for the lack of updates these past weeks. I think this year will inspire more articles…
