Some focus on the ratio between who you follow and who follows you, but Twitter is actually about creating a timeline that informs YOU, the user, about what is happening around the World. What you share is what is seen by the people that follow you, and therefore that number is far more interesting than the ratio between the two numbers. IF you are focused on quality.
