Much less obtrusive to the general audience, and could actually be adjusted in such a way that you can ATTRACT visitors’ attention towards your products. Simply amazing. Some FREE Cash-Earning Tips

Posted by Henrik Blunck (admin) | Adsense,Experience | Sunday 22 February 2009 12:54 pm

Today I thought I would give you some free cash-earning tips. How many you will put to use is up to yourself, but each take only very little effort, so why not take a chance and earn some money?

Winning cash by linking
Win Cash – 105.21$ – Read more about Paul’s prize for a random user here: http://TwitPWR.com/wincash

Putting banners on your sites
Whether you submit yourself for an affiliate account with Aweber (for list management purposes) or for selling e-books from others, or even the ClickBank-portal I mention on another blog in an article titled “Your Own ClickBank-Portal” all of it requires a minimum of effort.
In fact adding a widget takes little more than a minute once you know your WordPress Dashboard.

Activate content on your harddrive
There is a very important element on your WordPress Dashboard where you can add either a new post or a new page. New pages can generate quite a bit of traffic. Here’s how to do it:

If you have a series of articles on any given subject, you could put them in order to create a long article with several subtitles. It could look like this when the subject was “using WordPress”:

  • Downloading WordPress
  • Decompressing and uploading
  • Installation
  • New Theme for your blog

On and on you could activate content that is already on your harddrive and earn both Google Adsense, Chitika and Kontera cash in the process. When you combine banners (especially those paying per view) you can truly benefit from increased traffic.

What are you waiting for? Go earn some cash. :-)

What's a Ping-List?

Posted by Henrik Blunck (admin) | Blogging | Friday 20 February 2009 5:12 pm

“What in the world is a Ping-list?” may be your initial thought when you start in the field of online business and blogging. You can see all sorts of places that advertise effective ping-lists, yet you might have wondered why some of them don’t work. Let me tell you why some of them don’t work.

Stay tuned.

One list can be seen from this location: http://www.prelovac.com/vladimir/wordpress-ping-list. When you read the article it sounds like all it takes is to copy the list into your WordPress blog, and miracles will happen.

They won’t!

Here’s why: if you look at the WeBlogALot website you will find this important information:

Read it carefully:

Please make sure your weblog is really in our database first!
How? For the first time manually ping us with the URL of your RSS feed.
The URL of your weblog will be read from your RSS. Then you can use the automatic way for a life time, simple :)

So IF you want things to work properly you must make an effort, and making full use of a ping list involves proper preparation. On the other hand once you’ve done this, the rest is automatic. Why not make an effort to get the full benefits of your time invested in your blogging project.

Carpe diem. Seize the day. :-)

Chitika — Yes or No?

Posted by Henrik Blunck (admin) | Adsense | Thursday 19 February 2009 12:21 pm

In continuation of my previous article “Don’t Put All Eggs Into One Basket” I found it might be useful to update you concerning ads on your websites. Many of you will no doubt already have implemented Google Adsense on your sites, and many of you will also have read Joel Comm‘s book and e-book on the subject. The Adsense Code and Adsense Secrets 4.0 have long ago established themselves as 101-reading for anyone that wants to effectively implement Adsense ads on their sites.

Likewise, Chitika can give you an increased income. In some niches even a considerable increase in overall income. Remember this: in a crisis some companies have shut down, or greatly reduced their bids on the Google AdWords network – consequently decreasing the Income Per Click through Google Adsense. In some niches that has resulted in both banner ads and Chitika performing way better.

So do yourself a favour and test your niche. You have nothing to lose. It’s free to join and you will see within days whether your niche fits the Chitika programme. So, remember to join the Chitika network also by registering for your own profile.

Good luck. :-)

Don't Put All Eggs Into One Basket

Posted by Henrik Blunck (admin) | Experience | Sunday 15 February 2009 2:44 pm

It is very important to change your focus in this time of crisis. When one element drops a bit you can earn back what has been lost from other income types. You should look at the overall income to get a proper perspective on your earnings. Even income resulting from indirect sources. Your online presence could cause you to get more orders for webdesign, writing or translation assignments or other forms of related income.

Think about this:

  • How was you year 2008? Was it a year of growth or a year of decline?
  • What were your strong points?
  • What were your weaker ponts?

Furthermore, what will you DO as a result of your findings? Will you improve your income by adjusting to what is right before you, or will you just hope this crisis passes?
Let’s look at a practical example – Adsense income.

Google Adsense – Keywords Pay Differently
There are still many niches that will offer you high-paying keywords, but something HAS happened in the niche of Adsense income. People have become so accustomed to Adsense ads that they have become somewhat blind to Adsense ads. Sites that ran a CTR of 8-12% a year ago are down to 3-6% on average, and that should PROMPT you to take action.

Personally, I had this experience (overall) with Adsense income:

You might have similar experiences — or perhaps you had a different experience, and you are welcome to add a comment about what you have seen with your use of Adsense.

For me, changing some ads over to affiliate marketing ads and banners from third parties has done the trick. Income GREW when looking over-all at all income sources, but if I hadn’t kept track of the movement in income sources I could have lost quite a bit of money.

So my question of the day is: what is your impression of the crisis, and what are you doing to change from a downward to an upward perspective.

Seize the day. :-)

E-books In Print

Posted by Henrik Blunck (admin) | Blogging | Sunday 15 February 2009 1:07 pm

Some people have asked whether they could get e-books in print. Actually, it IS possible. Print-on-demand services such as Lulu can deliver single copies as you sell your e-books. [You could even print e-books you buy by uploading the PDF and requesting a personal copy to "test" whether the print is fine. Such can be done at a very fair price, and is highly useful when you have a 300 page e-book which you might not want to read on screen.]

However, for e-books you could also choose to print two pages per sheet. Many books can easily be read in that format, and you cut your printing needs down to half the amount of paper. A very healthy option to save a bit on our environmental resources.

Why is it that most marketers only deal with PDF-versions and not printed versions? Well, sales for one is VERY limited when it comes to printed books. Most people prefer to get their content in minutes rather than days (or even weeks when shipping across continents). It is very understandable. When you buy a book down at your local bookstore you also dive into the book right away. We are all very alike in that way, and that is one of the main reasons why e-books are rarely in print.

But with Lulu you COULD release your own book in printed format also. :-)

Deeds vs. Intentions

Posted by Henrik Blunck (admin) | Experience | Saturday 14 February 2009 7:02 pm

Many have good intentions. They want to achieve everything, and all their intentions have one flaw. Have you guessed the flaw? They don’t end up in deeds. They are never realized. Everything is potential, possibility and opportunity. But an opportunity missed may NEVER return. When intentions don’t result in deeds, it’s pointless.

“The smallest good deed is better than the grandest good intention”
Jacques-Joseph Duguet

The point is that if you want to succeed in the business of online income you MUST take action. You MUST bring your ideas to fruition if you want to reap fruits from whatever information is sown.

A practical example:

If a farmer never planted any seed would he ever be able to reap anything? Nothing!
If he planted but never weeded out any bugs or other unwanted elements, what would be the result? Nothing!
Why is it logical when we talk about physical planting/sowing and reaping, yet so difficult to understand when we tell you that your blogs and website need the same care and attention?

If only you would listen! :-)

I have heard people lament (without putting in either their name or a real e-mail address) in comments on this and other blogs about online income being bogus or a link being just set up to get people to click and that a clickbank portal would not work.
How could such people know? They never put in the initial effort, yet have ideas set in concrete about what works and what doesn’t…. To what avail? Nothing.

Realize this: if you want to succeed, suck in all the information you can, and take action every time you’re inspired by an e-book, some software, a script or whatever else you run into. Don’t let it sit on your harddrive, but take action upon whatever is introduced to you. In that way you will steadily be BUILDING your online content, establishing online credibility and ultimately REAPING all the benefits of your careful scrutiny and having put things into action. THAT is why the smallest of deeds is FAR BETTER than any good intentions.

What Do You Prefer – Honesty or Lies?

Posted by Henrik Blunck (admin) | Experience | Thursday 12 February 2009 9:43 am

An interesting question: “what do you prefer – honesty or lies?” Why would I ask that question. Truth and honesty would be the automatic reply from many. But DO YOU WANT the truth?

I just saw a Tweet from Joel Comm where he said:

Why would people HATE someone, or VERBALLY ATTACK somebody for voicing their opinion? Don’t you read blogs to get people’s OPINION about things? Would we have to be agreed on every subject to be able to be online friends?

If you’re the kind of person who only accepts people with whom you fully agree you’re greatly LIMITING your potential. You SHOULD expand your horizons to include people who bring constructive and creative ideas you might not have thought of yourself to gain full value for the time you invest in all of this social media thing.

Back to the pyramid scheme. Why would you only want to generate “automatic” followers? And why would you EVER give out your user name and password to a new service?

People are not nearly as careful about their user names and passwords as they SHOULD be. You must be careful with this. When new sites pop up far too many give out personal information and afterwards they wonder why they are compromised. No surprise! :-)

Please understand. I’m not saying every single site that asks for a password is going to scam you, but you MUST be more careful about your online identity. It should supplement who you are in the sense of you still being in the driver’s seat. Don’t let the number of followers or friends fool you. Noone can read tweets from 2 or even 3000 people. In fact your front page on Twitter only shows the last 20 tweets. I don’t think you will find many that go beyond page 2. So a high number of followers is NO SIGN of being an active Twitter user – perhaps even the contrary…

So if you’re only looking for people who AGREE with you you’re in for a great number of surprises. Why not expand your horizon and allow for others to state their convictions with the same zeal and enthusiasm as you like to express yourself with?

Seize the day. Carpe diem. :-)

ClickBank Exposed Not Worth 27$

Posted by Henrik Blunck (admin) | E-books,PLR - Private Label Rights,Your Own Business | Tuesday 10 February 2009 1:35 pm

I could have earned a considerable bit if I wanted to promote ClickBank Exposed, but I’m not interested in PLR on this. Just take a look at the Table of Contents to see how little value is in this e-book.

I fully realize that some products may cater to the needs of beginners, but this product isn’t solid enough. If you read the articles on article cloaking, affiliate marketing and ClickBank in this blog you will have the same information for free.

So you won’t be able to get it from me. I want to supply top-notch for you – my dear readers. :-)
